The Willows and Brambles country cottages.

Willow and Brambles are our two Dorset holiday cottages furnished with lone travellers, couples and pairs in mind. They’re our smallest and cosiest cottages, though each property still offers more than enough space for two people. They’re bright and sunny and, as guests at either cottage, you’ll enjoy the same great access to our wonderful farmland grounds, the communal Old Stable and nearby walking trails leading to the beautiful beaches of the Dorset coast.

Choose Brambles or Willow as your self-catering cottage, and enjoy being surrounded by beautiful open fields. Each cottage has access to a secluded patio containing garden furniture and pretty, mature shrubs, and each property includes a romantic open log fire for a night snuggled up with a loved one, or for an evening reading a book by its warm glow.

Our two single-story English country cottages feature fully fitted kitchens with all the essentials, including a microwave for your morning porridge. Living rooms include French doors leading to the patio and each cottage contains a TV and DVD player and a small dining table for meals indoors.

Though both cottages are similar, Brambles has a shower room and Willows contains a bathroom with a shower over. Bedrooms in each cottage can be made up as a twin or a double to suit your needs. Both cottages have adjacent parking, and both are within easy reach of the Old Stable where you’ll find a shared wireless internet network, communal laundry facilities, books and games and our table football and table tennis table – it’s the perfect place to meet new friends.

We stayed in the Willows in October - our second visit. Lovely, comfortable, clean cottage in a lovely area. Excellent walks, great village pub and close to many National Trust properties such as Corfe Castle and Clouds Hill. Also within easy driving distance of the Abbotsbury swannery and Tropical Gardens. The owners make you feel extremely welcome and always take time to make sure everything is satisfactory. Highly recommended. Our dog loved it too! Comment by David and Margaret Jamieson
